Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Loot ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Description of Service

Loot is a video color grading application for iOS that allows users to import videos, apply professional color grading adjustments, and export finished videos. All processing occurs on your device.

Subscriptions

Loot offers a premium subscription ("Loot Pro") at $2.99 per month. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscription automatically renews monthly unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions
  • No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods. Refund requests are handled by Apple.

User Content

Videos and images you import, edit, and export remain entirely yours. Loot does not claim any ownership or rights over your content. All content stays on your device and is never uploaded to our servers.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the app's systems or networks

Disclaimer of Warranties

Loot is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to loss of data or content.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
